From Victor's humble beginnings starting out as Hygge Hygge's Sous Chef, he has proven time and time again that his passion, dedication and humility is a true asset to Hygge Hygge and the lucky customers that get to enjoy his mouth-watering dishes.

Driven to excel in his field, he is brilliant at what he does! We are very excited to have Victor heading our kitchen team and can't wait to see what the future holds. Innovating with a menu characterised by fresh, locally sourced, sustainable and seasonal food, plated with the prominent 'hygge' flair.
